One voice in worship

Make a joyful noise unto The LORD, all ye lands.  Serve The LORD with gladness: come before His presence with singing.  Know ye that The LORD He is God: it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture.  Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise: be thankful unto Him, and bless His name.  For The LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting; and His truth endureth to all generations. Psalms 100:1-5
That worship has become an integral part of our fellowship with God and with one another. A very necessary and vital part of our founding principles….” A life of worship”
Not an event but an experience. ..Not a weekly but a daily experience…. Not reserved for a few but available to all…. No class no prejudice but we yield in reckless abandon to the will of God. All peoples from every tribe and tongue, every color and creed, are welcome to worship the most high God in spirit and in truth (John 4: 23, 24). One body, with one voice, worshipping ….One God. We are the generation that worships God in Spirit and in Truth and we have no confidence in the flesh.

Are there rules as to how we worship? Can I lift up my hands or what if I don’t do it like the other person? We  have heard time and time again that there is freedom for the body to worship as the spirit leads. It’s scriptural to lift up holy hands yet it must not be out of pressure but a response to the spirit of God within you, a reverence for the spirit of God and a corporate response to God by our spirit (worship in spirit and truth) we come to that place in God were what goes on in our environment has no voice of control over who we are. We are defined by who God says we are. We are defined by the revelation of the Spirit of God in us. We know a secret place in God were we dwell. We declare…..

I will bless the lord at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad .O magnify The Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together. Psalms 34 v1-3

With reckless abandon, we dive in to the river of his love. We swim in the ocean of what is available to us. We as priest, offer up spiritual sacrifice, the fruit of our lips, we give God praise. Without wrath or doubting, we lift up holy hands and we commune with our father. Hallelujah!

We can access the presence of God that is in us. What a privilege, what an honor
